Bonsai Dragons
Bonsai trees are some of the most transient and beautiful sculptures I've ever seen, shifting and changing through space and time. This horticulture art form is all about miniature worlds.
Here are just a few bonsai watercolor studies I've done this month in my sketchbook. You'll notice in the photos that the dragons have just stepped out for a quick 10 min break.
